If you do not have premium access after purchasing, it may be caused for the following reasons:
1. You were logged out of the Apple or Google account that you made the purchase on.
2. An unexpected connection error occurred between the App Store/Google Play and the AirBrush app.
This is how you restore your membership:
1. Make sure you are logged into the Apple ID/Google Account that you made a purchase with.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Account at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions" then tap "Media & Purchases" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, log in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
- Check if there is an AirBrush subscription. If so, make sure the subscription has not expired.
- Navigate to the Google Play subscription website or the Google Play Store on your phone or tablet.
- Please make sure you are logged in with the correct Google account.
- Tap Subscriptions under Menu.
- Check if there is an AirBrush subscription. If so, make sure the subscription has not expired.
2. Make sure the Premium Membership is within a valid period.
3. Update AirBrush to the latest version.
4. Open AirBrush and Restore Purchases
- Go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'
- Open Paywall, and tap 'Already Subscribed?'
