We acknowledge your request for data erasure and recognize your right to have your data completely erased from our records.
In response to your request, we will initiate a review of all personal data within our systems. This process will cover not only AirBrush but also any subsidiaries, businesses, or apps under our organization's responsibility.
There are two ways to proceed with your data erasure:
Option 1: Delete Your Account Yourself
- Open the AirBrush app.
- Log into your account.
- Go to Settings > Personalization and Data.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Uninstall the AirBrush app from your device(s).
Option 2: Request Data Deletion by AirBrush
- Open the AirBrush app.
- Go to Settings.
- Use the Send Feedback option to submit your erasure request.
- Include the 'GID' from the email sent via the app, which is needed for processing.
What Happens Next
We will review and erase your data from all our systems.
We aim to complete this within one month and will notify you once done.
If more time is needed, we will inform you within the initial one-month period with an explanation.
