Dear AirBrush Users,
To enhance your experience, we’re currently making staggered updates to the AirBrush account system. As part of this update, the login and registration options on AirBrush Mobile have been temporarily disabled. Due to this, you may notice that it’s currently not possible to log in or create a new account.
🚫 What’s Changed:
- The “Log In / Sign Up” option is no longer visible in Settings
- Logged-in users who log out won’t be able to log back in
- New account registration is temporarily unavailable
✅ What’s Still Working:
- All app features - Including saving drafts and projects locally
- Membership access - If you have an active subscription, you can continue using all premium features as usual. AirBrush subscriptions are linked to your App Store or Google Play account and do not require a separate AirBrush login.
❓FAQ
Q1: I accidentally logged out. Will I be able to log back in later? Will my account be lost?
No worries, your account and data are safe! Unfortunately, at the moment, you won't be able to log back in. However once the login function is restored, you will be able to access your account again.
Q2: Will my membership be affected?
No, not at all. AirBrush subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and your device, not your in-app login. As long as you’re using the correct account in your App store or Google Play, your premium features will continue working even if you’re not logged in.
Q3: When will login be available again?
We’re still evaluating the account system and don’t have a confirmed timeline yet. Please stay tuned for in-app announcements and the Help Center for updates.
