During the preview process of taking a selfie or editing a photo, the image quality will be lower than the image shown after taking a photo. This is to reduce the preview size so that certain effects will work more smoothly. If you want to check the actual photo quality, please refer to the saved photo.
Camera Resolution
- The quality of pictures taken by a camera varies according to different phone models, and cannot be customized through the settings in the AirBrush App.
- If a photo you take is blurry, you can also check to see if your phone's camera lens is dirty. If it is, use a wet tissue to gently clean off your camera lens.
Exporting Resolution of the Photo Editor
- The image quality of the editor can be selected in Settings.
- If you want the best image quality, go to Settings, tap ‘Photo Settings' and select '3024px (Ultra HD)'. If you are a premium user, you can select '4032px (Pro)'.
Troubleshooting
- If you are still not satisfied with the camera resolution, send us a photo taken with your default camera, along with a photo taken with the AirBrush camera. Try to send a picture of the same thing if possible.
- If you are not satisfied with the exporting resolution of the Photo Editor, send us the original photo and the edited photo so that we can analyze the difference.
