Security & Privacy
Your images are processed on secure servers to provide results. We never use your personal images to train AI models or display them publicly without your consent.
- Online tools: Files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a short period.
- Editor: Uploaded files may be stored in your account so you can access and reuse them. You can delete your uploaded files at any time.
Account Settings
No, an account is required to use the Editor.
This allows you to save and manage your files and edits.
You can delete your account under My Account → Account Security.
- Warning: Deletion is permanent. You will lose all access, active subscriptions, and unused credits. No refunds are provided for deleted accounts.
- Data: All personal information and history will be wiped. You may reuse your email to create a new account later, but no previous data will be recovered.
Airbrush Mobile uses a separate account and payment model from the Airbrush Web and Airbrush Studio, the desktop version.
- Web & Studio: These share the same login account. You can use your credentials to log into both.
- Mobile App: You must create a separate account for the mobile app; subscriptions and assets do not transfer between Mobile App and Web editor/Airbrush Studio.
- Data Sync: Currently, credits, subscription and edit history do not sync between the Web and Studio versions. We are working on tighter integration for the future.
Plan and Pricing
Refunds are prorated based on any unused portion of your subscription period and any unused credits included in the plan. If there are subscription time and credits remain unused, the refund will be calculated proportionally and issued accordingly.

No. Credit packs are digital goods and are non-refundable once delivered. If you believe credits were deducted due to a system error, please contact support for an investigation.
Airbrush Web uses a credit-based system for generating and exporting content across both online tools and the editor. Credits can be obtained through a subscription or by purchasing credit packs.
Credits are consumed based on the type of media you export:
- Photos: 1 credit per export.
- Videos: 2 credits for the first minute; 1 credit for each additional minute (rounded up).
- Free Trial: get 3 free credits on sign-up and 3 more on your first editor upload. Collage and Camera features are always free!
- Credits are used on a first-in, first-out basis. To manage your credits, go to My Plan → Web Subscription or Web Tools Package. You can purchase more credits or subscribe at: https://airbrush.com/pricing#webtools
Credit Validity:
- Subscription credits are issued monthly and remain available during your active subscription period. Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription term.
- Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
