Feature Usage & Troubleshooting
Check Storage: Ensure your hard drive has enough space for the new file.
Check Permissions: Ensure you have "Write" permissions for the folder you are exporting to.
Report the Error: If it still fails, please send us the error code and your account email via our Support Form.
If Airbrush Studio becomes unresponsive, please /submit a request/ with the following details so our engineers can investigate:
- The feature you were using when it crashed.
- The approximate time of the incident.
- Your account email.
- Tip: Mentioning your OS (Windows or Mac) helps us find the fix faster.
Import: JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and most camera RAW formats.
Export: High-quality JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.
First, check your device’s network connection and make sure there are no issues such as an active VPN that could affect connectivity.
If your network is working normally, the service you’re using may be temporarily busy due to a high volume of requests. In this case, please try again later.

Referral
Invite friends using your unique referral code to earn rewards:
- Your Reward: 1 free month of Studio for every successful referral (up to 10 months per year).
- Friend’s Reward: 20% off their first subscription.
- How it works: Rewards are applied automatically once your friend completes their purchase.
- Troubleshooting: If a code isn't working, the referral event may have ended or the code has expired.
Subscription & Billing
If you encounter issues during checkout:
- Disable VPNs: Some payment gateways block VPN connections for security.
- Switch Browsers: Try completing the purchase in Chrome or Safari if the app popup is unresponsive.
- Check Permissions: Ensure your card is authorized for international or online transactions. If the issue persists, contact us at abs-support@airbrush.com.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you have questions about your subscription or believe you are eligible for a refund under special circumstances, please Contact Us. We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.
Log in to your account on the Airbrush website and navigate to My Plan → Studio Subscription.
- View Details: See your plan type and renewal date.
- Cancel: Click Manage and follow the prompts to turn off auto-renewal.
- Invoices: To download receipts or find order numbers, go to My Plan → Invoices.
Yes. Airbrush Studio offers a 7-day free trial, allowing you to explore core features before subscribing.
Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Account and Access
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Airbrush Studio and select My Account.
You’ll be redirected to a browser page—go to Account Security to delete your account.
Airbrush Studio allows up to two devices to be signed in at the same time. You can use the same account on different devices, whether you’re working in the studio or at home.
- Check that the email address entered is correct.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Wait 5–10 minutes; sometimes server traffic causes slight delays.
No. Airbrush Studio, the desktop version, and Airbrush Mobile are separate products with independent account and subscription models. Memberships and premium features do not carry over between them.
