Crash Log Submission Guide for iOS
If you're experiencing unexpected crashes with our application and wish to help us improve by sending your crash logs, please follow the steps below. These logs are crucial for our developers to diagnose and fix issues.
Locating and Sending Crash Logs on iOS:
1. Open Settings: Tap on the "Settings" icon from your Home screen.
2. Navigate to Privacy & Security: Scroll down and select "Privacy & Security."
3. Find and tap on "Analytics & Improvements."
4. Select "Analytics Data."
5. Find the Relevant Crash Log: Scroll through the list to locate the file named AirBrushLauncher-yyyy-mm-dd. The 'yyyy-mm-dd' represents the date of the crash. If there are multiple files, choose the one that corresponds to the time of your issue.
6. Tap the "Share" icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
7. Choose the "Email" option.
8. Send the email to [support@meitu.zendesk.com]
*Make sure to use the subject line "AirBrushLauncher Crash Log - [Your Name]" replacing [Your Name] with your actual name.
Notes:
- Before you send the email, it may be helpful to include any additional information about the circumstances leading up to the crash in the body of your email. This could assist our team in quickly identifying the problem.
- Ensure that your device has an active internet connection to send the email successfully.
- Your privacy is important to us. Please know that these logs do not contain any personal information. They only include technical data pertaining to the app's performance.
